Sportingbet hands out $1.5m jackpot

Online casino Sportingbet.com has handed out its largest ever jackpot to one lucky Greek gambler.
The operator confirmed that casino gambling enthusiast K Vasileiadis had won the $1.5 million (£750,000) prize after playing on its Paradise Casino facility.
The Greek national will now be flown to London where he is to receive the prize in person on May 9th.
Commenting on the massive payout, a Sportingbet official was quoted as saying: "This is a huge win and we are delighted for Mr Vasileiadia."
Though more commonly associated with betting on global sporting events, the UK-based operator also hosts an array of casino games such as blackjack, slots and video poker.
The $1.5 million jackpot is the largest any Greek customer has ever received from an online gambling house.
