Mobile Phone Gambling Company Grows

Probability is a London based company who are aiming to introduce online gaming to mobile phone users. Their software provides casino, bingo and slot games for mobile users to play on. Downloading the games are free and users can play for fun or for real money. With the increase of online mobile technology, many internet gaming companies are beginning to provide mobile phone games for players, allowing them to play their favourite casino games on the move. Probability's gaming revenues had increased by 152 percent from $2.5 million to $6.32 million in one year. In addition more than 160,000 players new players have signed up to play the Lady Luck mobile casino.
CEO of Probability, Charles Cohen, said, “Last year was a transformational year for Probability”.“We started loss-making and finished profitable, well capitalized with improved margins and significant momentum to carry us into what we confidently expect to be our first fully profitable financial year.
“As today’s results show, the business delivered a 152 percent increase in net gaming revenues while keeping overheads in check and, on schedule, began making profits on a monthly basis during the second half. We also doubled our customer base through a focused strategy of direct acquisition on mobile and partnerships with network operators."

Mobile casinos currently don't offer the same graphics and software quality, but already mobile casino's are growing and with models such as the new iphone offering high speed broadband, the potential for growth in very encouraging.
