Cryptologic wins casino software award

21st February, 2008

Leading online casino software developer Cryptologic has been awarded one of the industry's top awards for the third year in a row.

Gambling Online Magazine's Top Casino Software Award fell to the blue-chip internet developer once again in 2008, beating off stiff competition from rivals Playtech and Microgaming.

Having released over 100 titles since 2004, Cryptologic now has an impressive portfolio of some 280 casino games - many of which are available on leading websites such as InterCasino, William Hill and Littlewoods Casino.

The developer is responsible for some of the industry's most popular games, including Bejeweled and Jewel Quest. It has also been credited with revolutionising the progressive jackpot market with its Millionaires Club title.

Receiving the award, chief executive Javaid Azi commented: "CryptoLogic has always focused on delivering the ultimate online entertainment experience to players around the world and to receive this kind of validation means our strategy is paying off."

InterCasino is currently offering gamers a monthly 100 per cent to $100 (£50) deposit bonus for users of its CryptoLogic-powered games.
