32Red Online Casino Signs A Deal With Realex Payment Processing

17th March, 2010

32Red Casino has signed a deal with Realex Payments; the Irish technology company will support 32Red’s card processing systems. Realex has also recently signed a deal with online gaming software company, CryptoLogic. Realex’s software will be used across 32red’s casino and will support all currencies, including: euro, pound and dollar.

Operations Director at 32Red, Pat Harrison, said that Realex “came to” the operator with “something different”, noting that the “level of support and proactive service they provide is what sets them apart” from other card processor technology.

Realex Payments’ technology was described by Harrison as “impressive” and cost “effective”, commenting that Realex is “technologically superior and operationally advanced compared to anything else on the market.”

Realex Payments’ CEO, Colm Lyon, has expressed his pleasure at the deal, commenting that being chosen by an industry leader like 32Red shows that the company can deliver “bespoke payment solutions”.

The partnership won’t directly affect players at the casino, however it is believed that 32Red will now be able to offer smoother and hopefully much faster casino transactions.
